The property is real when the campaign is real. The guest layer may be virtual.
Kaia Maren is a disclosed virtual creator and is never described as physically staying at a hotel. Real-property work begins from approved hotel sources; fictional portfolio studies are labelled throughout.

Hotels may choose property-only output. Guest layers are optional and reviewed separately.

Every current example is marked as a fictional AI-imagined portfolio concept and must not be interpreted as an operating property or client.
Human approval
The hotel or agency approves final assets, disclosure direction and agreed commercial usage.
